However you ended up here — or are thinking about it — I'll give you a straight read on where things stand and stay with you until it's done. I tend to keep clients for a long time. I think it's because I don't disappear when it gets complicated.
Whether you are selling your home in Bozeman, Belgrade, Big Sky, or the surrounding Gallatin Valley, or searching for your Montana dream home, I prioritize your goals and protect your best interests at every stage of the transaction. From pricing strategy and professional marketing to skilled negotiation and seamless closings, my focus is always on maximizing value and minimizing stress for my clients.
My commitment to excellence has been recognized with the 2017 REALTOR® of the Year award from the Gallatin Association of REALTORS®, an honor reflecting both professional achievement and meaningful community involvement. With years of experience navigating the dynamic Southwest Montana real estate market, I provide clients with the insight, responsiveness, and attention to detail necessary to succeed in today’s competitive environment.
Beyond real estate, I am proud to serve the community through volunteer work with the Sweet Pea Festival of the Arts, one of the Gallatin Valley’s most celebrated cultural events. Giving back to the place we call home is an important part of who I am, both personally and professionally.
When I’m not assisting buyers and sellers, you’ll find me fly fishing the blue-ribbon rivers of Southwest Montana with my husband of 30 years, spending time with our daughter, a proud Montana State University graduate, or enjoying the outdoor lifestyle that makes Bozeman and the Gallatin Valley such extraordinary places to live. I’m passionate about Montana living, photography, great coffee, and building lasting relationships rooted in trust and community.
If you’re considering buying or selling property in Bozeman or anywhere in the Gallatin Valley, I would be honored to help you achieve your real estate goals.

What began as a grassroots celebration has grown into one of Montana’s premier arts festivals. Today, Sweet Pea welcomes thousands of visitors each year, bringing vibrant energy, creativity, and community spirit to Bozeman. Operated as a volunteer-powered nonprofit, the festival has made an impact far beyond a single weekend of music and art. Since 1986, every dollar raised beyond operating expenses has been reinvested directly back into the Bozeman community—supporting local arts, education initiatives, and cultural programming that enrich life in the Gallatin Valley year-round.
